Is shipping discreet?
Always. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no logos or product names on the outside. Checkout is encrypted and we never share your data.
What shows up on my bank statement?
It reads "New York Toy Collective." If you'd like a more discreet payment option, reach out before you order and we'll arrange it.
Is US shipping free?
Yes - free US shipping on orders over $99, shipped promptly from New York. International orders welcome (duties/taxes may apply at delivery).
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because our products are intimate, we follow hygiene-first return guidelines: unopened, unused items can be returned within 7 days with 25% restocking fee for store credit. All items will be inspected before store credit is issued. Opened or used items can't be returned for health reasons — but if something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Pumps & bottom growth
Does trans masc pumping work?
Regular, gentle pumping increases blood flow to the bottom-growth area, associated with temporary swelling and, over time, gradual growth and more sensitivity. It works best with testosterone, but many people use it pre-T or off-T. Consistency beats intensity.
Which pump should I choose?
Pump 2.0 ($59.99) - manual, one cylinder, the original, great for beginners. Pump Deluxe ($69.99) - manual, three graduated cylinders (2", 3", 4"), the one most people start with. Pro Pump with Gauge ($99.99) - electric, USB-C rechargeable, waterproof, digital gauge with three modes (Manual, Pulse, BJ). Compare them on the pumps page or take the quiz.
Is pumping safe, and how often?
Gently, with rest between sessions - start with the smallest cylinder, use water-based lube, build suction gradually, begin at 5 minutes, and stop if you feel sharp pain or numbness. Most people pump 3-7 times a week for 10-15 minutes.

What is a packer? What is an STP?
A packer is a flaccid penis worn for gender affirmation. An STP is a flaccid packer you can also stand to pee with. Our packers come circumcised and uncircumcised, in skin tones, non-skin-tone colors, and hand-painted - all body-safe silicone, handmade for 14 years.
Which packer should I get first?
Most people start with Archer or Pierre - simple and comfortable for everyday wear. If you want something gender-affirming that also works for pleasure, go for Jack, our 2-in-1 hand-painted stroker you can wear as a packer by day. Sam is our 3-in-1 STP - pack, pee, and play with the insertion rod.
How do I stand to pee for the first time?
Practice in the shower first - it takes a little getting used to, and there's no pressure. Everyone's anatomy is different, and hormones can change anatomy over time.
Strap-ons, Shilo & Carter
Shilo or Carter?
Shilo is our original pack-and-play, about two fingers in girth. Carter is fuller - about three fingers - and fully posable so it holds the angle you set. Both are body-safe silicone and fit any standard O-ring harness.
What size should I get?
Dildos are a bit like shoes - nice to have a few for different moods. If you're unsure, start smaller: it's far better to end the night wishing for a little more than to begin with more than feels good. You can always size up once you know what you love.
Care & tips
How do I clean my gear?
Body-safe silicone is easy: soap and warm water, and many pieces can be boiled 3 minutes or run on the dishwasher top rack. For packers, strokers, and STPs, the easiest trick is to bring them in the shower with you - and keep a couple of packing straps and pairs of underwear in rotation.
Any pro tips?
Roll a condom onto a toy before use for the fastest cleanup, and never skip lube - plenty of water-based lube reduces friction and is gentler on silicone.
