You are welcome to buy our products online here or from any of our authorized national or international retailers.

What should I do if I’m having an issue using my credit card on your site?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. If you are having an issue email info@newyorktoycollective.com 

Do your products come with a warranty?

Our dildos, love bumps and packers come with a 60 day limited warranty against manufacturing error. After 60 days no returns or refunds will be honored.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, you’ll have the option to choose international shipping during checkout.

Our domestic standard shipping is sent out via USPS on Tuesday and Thursdays only. If you need your item shipped on a different day please select express domestic in shipping options. Please note it often takes USPS 72 hours to post tracking information. If you received an email that you item shipped and don’t see any tracking updates check back in a few days…the postal office is well…the post office.

How will this appear on my credit card statement?

All items purchased on this site will be listed as “toys” on your credit card statement. The billing name will appear as NYTC

How do I take care of my packer, stp and strap?

To clean your packer or stp you can wash it with hot soapy water, boil it or place it on the top rack of the dishwasher. Cornstarch can be applied to your packer or stp. Always avoid sharp edges or objections in use and storage. When packing wear an undergarment to protect against rough seams and zippers.

We suggest hand washing your stp strap and letting it air dry. If you prefer to machine wash use a cold water and a cool dry cycle. Remove the magnets from the packer pouch before washing. Packer pouches can be washed by hand or in a washing machine.

What are your toys made of?

We make all our toys from scratch, we make the molds, buy the raw silicone for our products, and even package them by hand to ensure that we know everything that goes inside. All of our toys are made of hypoallergenic body safe platinum cure silicone. Our bendable toys include a metal core that is sourced domestically. All of our toys are non-toxic, and free of phthalates. Please note that we do not make our own bullet vibes. The bullet vibes are made of plastic, sourced internationally and include batteries. The hankies are silkscreened in Los Angeles, and the Patches are made in New York. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products all sales are final. If you discover that something is missing or incorrect you must contact us with in 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept returns for satisfaction guarantees. Satisfaction guarantees includes issues of color, size, shape and functionality. Due to the intimate nature of our products all sales are final.

How should I clean my toy?

We suggest boiling your toy for 3 minutes in hot water. Alternatively, you can wash it with soap and warm water or place it on the top rack of a dishwasher. Please remove the bullet vibe before washing the Love Bump. Packers can be cleaned with boiling or by washing with soap and water. We suggest dusting your packer with cornstarch before use. All packer come with a careguide. If you need any extra copy of the careguide just holla and we’ll email you one.

What lube should I use?

There are lots of great lubricants on the market, going to your local shop to feel each one yourself just ask for something  hypoallergenic  and water-based.

Should I use a condom?

Condoms are great way to ensure the cleanliness of your toy and the safety of your partners. We suggest that you use condoms with all toys.

Do you have a distributor?

Nope, but offer wholesale pricing to retailers all over the world. We are very interested in working with international distributors.

Do you offer products for review?

Yes, please send a detailed email about your blog. Please include complete statistical information: launch date of blog, daily uniques for the past 90 days, case studies including most popular post (headlines, comments, and traffic) and any other relevant information including speaking engagements. How do I make an appointment for a 3d scan or a custom toy?

Currently we aren’t offering 3d scanning for individuals. Each year we take on a few custom toys and white label projects. Please email us with some details about your product including the ball park dimension monthly volume and we’ll reply with an estimate. For everyone’s protection please don’t send sketches we’ve had a detailed conversation about your project.
