SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume promotions, processing may take longer.

  • Processing time refers to preparing and packaging your order and does not include transit time.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Expedited shipping may be purchased at check out

Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

  • You may contact us at support@toycollective.com, and we will attempt to accommodate modifications where possible, but we cannot guarantee changes.

Shipping Methods

  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other third-party providers.

  • Shipping method may vary based on destination, package size, and operational requirements.

  • Estimated delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Addresses

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete addresses.

  • Orders shipped to the provided address are considered fulfilled.

  • New York Toy Collective is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

    • Packages returned due to address errors

    • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

    • Carrier delivery errors

  • Returned packages due to incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees to resend.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

  • Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.

  • Carrier tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment and fulfillment.

Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when offered.

  • Even with insurance, New York Toy Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once accepted by the carrier.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Customs duties

    • Import taxes

    • Customs clearance fees

    • Compliance with local laws

  • Orders refused or delayed by customs are not eligible for refund.

    Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. The listed product price and shipping cost do not include these fees.

Delivery Delays
