No guessing. Just control.

Our most advanced pump — made for total control. Rebuilt from scratch for trans masc, FTM, nonbinary bodies who want precision, not guesswork.

Most pumps leave you guessing where you are. This one shows you — so every session feels safe, intentional, and yours.

Waterproof and USB-C rechargeable. Pairs with the Jack stroker: the Pro Pump + Jack kit is $19.99 less than buying both.

Built by New York Toy Collective — creators of the original Trans Masc Pump and over a decade of gender-affirming design.

Your questions, answered

What's the difference between a manual and an electric pump — and why electric?

A manual pump you squeeze by hand, building suction by feel. The electric Pro creates and holds the suction for you and shows the exact pressure on a digital gauge. Choose electric if you want hands-free auto and pulse modes and precise, repeatable sessions instead of guessing — the same routine, the same numbers, every time.

Which cylinder size should I start with?

Three sizes come in the box. Start snug but comfortable — a good seal matters more than size. Most people begin with the smallest cylinder that fits without pinching, then move up as their body responds. Full fit guide: What size pump cylinder do I need?

How much pressure should I use?

Start in Manual, Level 1 — it caps at 35 kPa, a gentle range. You're aiming for soft fullness, never pain, numbness, or color change. Because the gauge shows real numbers, you can repeat exactly what felt right. Levels 2–3 go much stronger (up to 55 kPa) — don't use them without talking to a provider first.

Is the Pro beginner-friendly, or too strong for beginners?

It is our most powerful pump. Start in Manual, Level 1 with short sessions and you're on gentle ground.

Do I need to be on T to use it?

No. It works on T, pre-T, or never on T. Testosterone drives most bottom growth, but the pump's session effects — blood flow, fullness, sensitivity — don't require hormones. Cylinder fit matters more than how long you've been on T; three sizes come in the box.

How often should I pump?

Start with 2–3 sessions per week, 5–10 minutes each, gentle pressure. Build up slowly and take breaks — recovery is part of it. With the gauge you can keep sessions consistent rather than chasing intensity.

Does pumping hurt?

It shouldn't — done right it feels like gentle warmth and fullness. Pain means too much pressure: release the valve and rest. Go lighter next session. The gauge exists exactly so you never have to guess.

How discreet is shipping?

Always a plain, unmarked box — no logos, no product names outside. Your card statement reads New York Toy Collective.

The science behind pumping

Bottom growth is driven mostly by testosterone. Androgens act on receptors in genital tissue to enlarge the clitorophallus — a well-documented effect that's most rapid in the first year on T (Grimstad et al., Andrology, 2021).

Where a pump comes in: blood flow. Vacuum devices use gentle negative pressure to draw blood into erectile tissue and raise the oxygen level in it — the same mechanism used in penile-rehabilitation medicine (Lin et al., Asian Journal of Andrology; Yuan et al., International Journal of Impotence Research). More blood flow is what produces the temporary fullness and heightened sensitivity you feel during a session.

Our caveat: that vacuum research was done on cis men for erectile function — no one has run a long-term study on trans masc bottom growth specifically. What's solid is the session effect (blood flow, fullness, sensitivity). Lasting change varies by body. We can't promise numbers, and nobody can. We include measuring tools so you can track what's real for you.

Our Transmasc Pro Pump includes three interchangeable transparent cylinders to offer visible pumping pleasure, plus an electric pump for more control over the pressure and release valve. Designed to increase pleasure, sensation and overall bottom growth. The push button design also makes this pump more accessible for those with limited dexterity. Our pumps must be used with a lubricant to prevent discomfort or friction during use. Couples well with our Jack stroker!

What is a trans masc pump and what does it do?

A trans masc pump creates gentle suction that increases blood flow to genital tissue, supporting engorgement, sensitivity, and bottom growth over time.

This process is based on well-established vacuum principles used to promote circulation and tissue expansion, adapted specifically for trans masc bodies.

Is there medical support for pumping?

Yes. Pumping is referenced in gender-affirming care, particularly in preparation for metoidioplasty.

Some providers recommend pumping before and after surgery to support circulation, tissue expansion, and help achieve and maintain length

Always consult your surgeon or healthcare provider for personalized guidance.

What are the benefits of using a trans masc pump?

Users commonly report:

  • Increased bottom growth over time

  • Improved sensitivity and responsiveness

  • Temporary engorgement after sessions

  • Dysphoria relief

  • Greater connection with their body

For many, pumping becomes part of a consistent gender-affirming routine.

How soon will I see results?

You may notice temporary size increase and sensitivity immediately after your first session due to increased blood flow.

Long-term changes develop gradually with consistent use over weeks and months.

How does a bottom growth pump work?

The pump creates a controlled vacuum that draws blood into the tissue.

This increased circulation:

  • Expands tissue temporarily

  • Improves sensitivity

  • Supports gradual tissue adaptation over time

What makes the Pro Pump different?

The Pro Pump is designed for precision and control, featuring:

  • Real-time pressure gauge (kPa) for safe, measurable sessions

  • Multiple modes (manual, auto, pulsing, and pleasure modes)

  • Fully waterproof design

  • Three stackable cylinders sized for progressive growth for a better fit at every stage

Do I need to be on testosterone (T/HRT) to use a pump?

No — pumping works with or without hormones.

While testosterone can increase baseline tissue size, pumping supports circulation and tissue response regardless of hormone use.

How often should I use a pump?

Start with:

  • 10–15 minutes per session

  • A few sessions per week

Increase gradually as your body adapts. Always prioritize comfort.

Can results become permanent?

Temporary changes happen immediately after use.

With consistent long-term use, many users report lasting increases in size and sensitivity, though results vary.

Can pumping help prepare for metoidioplasty or bottom surgery?

Some providers recommend pumping to support circulation and tissue expansion before surgery.

It may also help maintain length post-surgery. Always follow your surgeon's guidance for pre- and post-operative care.

Is pumping safe?

Yes — when used properly.

Safety depends on:

  • Using appropriate pressure

  • Keeping sessions within recommended duration

  • Listening to your body

If you have concerns about circulation or sensitivity, consult a healthcare provider.

Can you hurt yourself using a pump?

Improper use (too much pressure or overly long sessions) can cause discomfort or bruising.

Start slow, increase gradually, and never pump to the point of pain.

What is kPa and why does it matter?

kPa (kilopascals) is a unit of pressure used to measure suction strength.

  • Lower kPa = gentler pressure

  • Higher kPa = stronger suction

Using measured pressure helps ensure safer, more controlled, and consistent sessions.

General guidelines:

  • Beginners: 5–15 kPa

  • Intermediate: 15–25 kPa

  • Advanced: 25+ kPa (only if comfortable)

How do I clean and care for my pump?

Cylinder:

Wash with warm, soapy water after each use. Rinse and air dry completely.

Pump & Tubing:

The Pro is fully waterproof, so you can rinse it under warm water or bring it into the shower or bath with you. Just give the USB-C port a quick dry before charging.

Pro Pump:

The cylinders lift off and clean up with warm, soapy water. Let everything air dry before you put it away.

Lubricant:

Always use a water-based lubricant for comfort and proper sealing.

Storage:

Store in a clean, dry place away from sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Avoid:

Alcohol, bleach, or harsh chemicals.

Customer video review of Trans Masc Pro Pump with Gauge

I've been using this almost daily since it arrived in the mail to help with bottom growth and I'm already so happy with my progress! This is easy to use and much more relaxing (especially on the BJ mode) than a traditional pump because you can just lay back and let it do its thing.

Trans Masc Pro Pump with Gauge

Anazing brand to order from! Super fast shipping & they threw in freebies!! The pump is really quality!! Super happy!

Trans Masc Pro Pump with Gauge

Was a little surprised there wasn’t a book or really any instructions, but it was pretty easy to figure out. I hope I’m not missing out any features. I basically only use bj mode, because really holding the suction isnt as comfortable as I thought it would be. I thought it would be a little more pleasurable than what it is. Only used it twice, so we’ll see how it goes.

Trans Masc Pro Pump with Gauge

Not as much control as I would like. There are 3 manual settings, but the first setting starts way too strong for beginners. You can stop it halfway through but it loses suction slowly so you have to keep resetting it. The other modes are a nice addition, just wish I had more control over the pressure or a way to set my preferred pressure.

Trans Masc Pro Pump with Gauge

Pumping used to feel like homework-boring, tedious and not a turn on for me. Until I got my hands on an electric pump with BJ mode. You just have to hit the start button and and it does the rest (leaving your hands free for...anything). I'm pumping way more consistently now.

Trans Masc Pro Pump with Gauge

Not as much control of the psi as I would like. You get the setting you get. Other than that the variety of cylinders is nice
